Daring greatly


Hellooo, anybody there?

Before anything else, I hope you had a pleasant weekend and that you started this week on a positive note. Sooo you might have noticed that this mail is a few hours late (yes, I said hours), however, I had a bad case of self-pity and a defeatist  mentality…could have used some motivation myself this morning.

Now that you know my dirty secret, I’d like to share with you a quote that has given me ‘aha’ moments upon ‘aha’ moments. This is also to let you know (and remind myself) that it’s ok to show vulnerability when called upon and not let shame hold us hostage with lies. As Brene says (totally love this woman, a lil’ bit more everyday);”vulnerability is our most accurate measurement of courage”. Don't let shame talk you out of trying.

So don’t be afraid to not only dare, but to dare greatly this week.
